We are located in the historical centre of Venice! Please note that our office is situated at Santa Croce 555, however the apartments are situated in various locations in the centre of Venice

We have a good service and fast connection with public bus from Marco Polo (Venice airport, about 30 minute’s trip) and Treviso (about 1 hour trip).

We dispose of private rooms and mixed dorms.

All rooms have private bathroom, located in the same floor, inside or outside rooms.

They have a basic furnishing with colour TV, refrigerator, fans and a heating system. We also supply linen and towels, changed every 3 days.

During the high season a little self-service breakfast is available in your room.

Our staff is more than happy to help you find the cool spots in Venice to have a 'good old fun time' or even find quiet serene places where you can feel 'Venetian in Venice'.

How to find our office:

From bus/car terminal Piazzale Roma, look for Hotel Santa Chiara. Back of it there's a little green bridge to cross and then turn immediately left. Follow the street that coast the Grand Canal for about 2 minutes direction train station, after another little white bridge, follow the house number till you see the red door in a white palace.

From the train station Venezia-Santa Lucia, just in front of you look for the big white bridge on your left, and cross it, after turn right and follow the Grand Canal for about 3 minutes, follow the house number till you see the red door in a white palace.
