Contemporary fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen in the sought after Albion Works development, in the heart of New Ancoats. Situated on the second floor.

Designed by Artisan, Albion Works is a huge development which is made up of five large separate blocks of apartments all of which are surrounded by well kept landscaped gardens, water features and quiet communal courtyards. Once Manchester’s Italian area this neighbourhood is now undergoing one of the biggest transformations the city has ever seen.

Our beautiful properties are becoming more and more popular. We have some of the most luxurious apartments perfect for short term stay, for business or pleasure. Accommodation (in apartments) starting at one bedroom we also cater for large groups up to 21 people especially tailored for stag, hen nights and professional corporate events. We can help our clients to achieve the ideal accommodation solutions. Prices are negotiable for last minute bookings, and long term bookings

Conditions

All cancellations of a confirmed booking, for whatever reason, must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible

A card required to secure your reservation at My-Places
Outside 15 days 17.5% of total bookings will be charged to cover administration & handling charges
Cancellation between 14 and 4 days notice = a charge of 75% of total booking
Cancellation between 3 and 0 days notice = a charge of 100% of total booking
A reservation made 2 days prior to arrival will be considered final non-refundable
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, change to travel plans or travel delays

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
