Cosy apartment, completely renovated, located in the old town of Barcelona, in the Raval district (the town center next to the Ramblas and the MACBA). The apartment is located only 15 minutes from the beach and is the perfect choice for your stay in Barcelona.

The ancient wooden beams and stone walls, which have been preserved, combined with modern decoration gives this apartment an air of modern antiquity.

EL RAVAL is attractive because it is a historic area, authentic, full of life and with personality. It is an active and multicultural neighbourhood and offers a wide variety of tempting restaurants and bars with loads of terraces.

The place also became famous because are many art studios, galleries and bookshops, as well as MACBA (Museum of Contemporary Art).

This neighbourhood offers a central location from which you can easily walk to the best-known sights such as the Gothic Quarter and Eixample. The nearest metro entrance is a 3 minutes� walk: (' SANT ANTONI '). The apartment is very near to Las Ramblas, the most famous street of Barcelona, which runs along one side of the Raval.

Staying in the Raval also means being located near to two of the most famous food markets of Barcelona, La Boqueria on Las Ramblas and the Mercat de Sant Antoni. These two places are worth visiting and worth buying your meals (meat/fish/fruit) at. Here you can try a delicious Spanish sausage or ham.

We are happy to receive them and give them all the necessary explanations to offer an unforgettable stay. We can call at any time with any problem they may have.

You must inform us of your arrival and departure to Barcelona, to organize cleanups and time to welcome in the apartment. If arriving by plane should telephone the person responsible for receiving, when they collected the bags. If arriving by train or automovil should call one hour before arrival.
