Charming one bedroom apartment of 50 sqm, nicely designed, for affordable price, in the center, on the walking distance from the old town and main tourist attractions is a perfect accommodation for the visitors who are coming either for business, conference, sightseeing, exhibitions and fairs, or just for pleasure.
The flat includes: large corridor with the wardrobe and storage, open plane living room with the small kitchen and the dining area, small elegant bathroom, the bedroom and the balcony. In the bedroom sleeps 2 persons in double bed, in living room can sleep another 2 persons on extra beds. ( one sofa , and one mattress ) It is on the third floor, it is facing the east with beautiful view on the park and it is full of light all the time.
It is comfortable and functional, well located in the business center of the town but in the quiet area. It is on a walking distance from the Downtown and main tourist attractions, but if you prefer there are a lot of trams make you easy moving around.
In the neighbourhood there are lot of office towers, embassies, faculties, shops, bars and restaurants and clubs for young people.
Close to the building there are still free parking places on the street.
