Cozy & Lazy is an easygoing flat located in the heart of Rome.

It features 3 bedrooms (one single, two doubles), a living room with a single sofa bed, two bathrooms, one with shower, the other one with bath tub, a kitchen and a wide entrance where bikes can be kept.

Cozy&Lazy is located in a quiet street with charming views on the artist\'s entrance of the legendary \'Valle Theatre\'; bars, shops, museums and churches are all around the corner. The apartment is at a walking distance from S. Peter\'s Basilica and Vatican city.

In the same building of the apartment we offer a small independent single room; if you are interested on booking it please don\'t hesitate to contact us.
