In this electonic age the excuse of not receiving an email notification of the cancelation of part of a booking is not acceptable. Added to this the fact that the cancelation was for the second and third nights and that notification was in fact more than 24 hours before the time. My impression of wanting to get as much as possible from guests was strengthened when on a second visit the ten minutes free internet was no longer available.

Welcome! We are located in the heart of the bazaar of the old city, 2 minutes from Jaffa Gate, 2 minutes from the Church of the holy Sepulcher, 2 minutes to the old city markets, and just 10 minutes from new city and night life!

We offer comfortable home atmosphere T.V. room with satellite T.V., a clean kitchen with utensils, cosy single, double, family rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people. Hot water is available 24 hours per day in the shower cabins. We always have clean sheets, blankets and pillow covers. Heating is provided in winter while Coolers operate in summer. Free tea and coffee are offered daily for our customers.We have Private lockers which can be rented by our customers to keep their sensitive documents secure & safe are available.

We offer laundry services that include washing and drying in modern machines at low costs. Internet usage is available at discount rate. Arrangement of tourist's trips to various cities and ancient historical and religious sites within our country can be booked in high tourist seasons. Reservations for taxi service from Jerusalem to all around the country is available.

In this electonic age the excuse of not receiving an email notification of the cancelation of part of a booking is not acceptable. Added to this the fact that the cancelation was for the second and third nights and that notification was in fact more than 24 hours before the time. My impression of wanting to get as much as possible from guests was strengthened when on a second visit the ten minutes free internet was no longer available. The public relations of the staff/management would be totally unacceptable in most countries and was also not what I experienced elsewhere during a stay of 7 weeks in Israel.
