On arrival, you are required to pay for the total nights you have booked. We accept payments by cash, credit card, eftpos or Australian dollar travellers cheques.
If you need to cancel your booking a minimum of 48 hours notice is required, otherwise you will be charged for the nights you have booked.

From Sydney International or Domestic Airport, call on arrival, Free call 1800 805 870 or use the 'Backpacker Info Board' at the airport!!
FREE airport pickup between 5.00am - 8.30pm. Please note that you must book a MINIMUM of 2 nights to receive the FREE airport pick up.
From Central Station take the train (platform 24) to KINGS CROSS (only 7mins). Take the 'VICTORIA STREET' exit, turn down Victoria Street and walk approx 50 meters, turn right onto 'ORWELL STREET' and you'll see our big bright yellow building (see picture) on the right.
