The place was clean and the staff was friendly enough. The room is small but good enough for sleeping. My only complain is that there is only 1 elevator to get there and its a really small elevator. There are times you have to queue for the elevator. And people have to squeeze inside.

2. Taxi:From the airport, you can get to our hostel direct. It is the quickest and the most reliable method. It takes about 30-45 minutes. You are expected to pay about HK$280-300 for the trip. Most taxi drivers in Hong Kong know some English. The following texts may come in handy:

If will be helpful to show them the map or Chinese word. There is no airport taxi, only regular taxis. Please catch the red coloured one, because other colours do not go to the Kowloon area.

Thank you so much TravellersPoint! My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Canada Hotel. The space was small but then again most hotels and hostels in hongkong have limited space but nonetheless our room was always cleaned everyday by a Filipina (kababayan), we have clean towels to use everyday and everyone in Canada hotel was friendly and accomodating. We even got to leave our bags after checking out and returned only to get it upon going to the airport.
The location is very near everything! Shopping malls, restaurants, botiques, starferry, etc. Except that I was always nervous while waiting for the elevator because of the surroundings but they have a 24x7 security guard monitoring the elevators and they even have a CCTV camera that everyone can view while waiting for their turn on the lift.
All in all we were very satisfied.
