The Orange Tree farm is a guesthouse of serenity situated in a finca or fruit farm within close proximity to Puerto Mogan which is considered by most as the most picturesque ports in all the Canary Islands. We take pride in offering a welcoming, helpful and friendly service.

We have six rooms, five twins that can be re positioned to form a large double bed if required and a single room.

At Orange Tree Farm restaurant, 'El Jardín', we provide an excellent level of cuisine. We use only top quality, local fruits, vegetables, fish and meat .Your hosts have collectively over fifty years of experience in the hospitality industry as owners, and chefs. Our aim is to provide optional breakfasts lunch and dinner that represents the best value for money. Our brunch is only 7 euro per person per day.

Our main emphasis is on quality personal service within a peaceful atmosphere.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

Orange Tree Farm is owned by Pablo - a youthful guy with great knowledge about both the local and the global history. He also speaks good English, which is not very common among the Spaniards on Gran Canaria. His secret for defying ageing and defeating illnesses is Aloe Vera which he grows in his garden. Nearby there is a restaurant, where his wife prepares an amazing locally grown avocado salad, which I highly recommend. The restaurant is c.a 5 min car drive away - if you don’t have a car and don’t want to walk on the car road, you can probably call Pablo to give you a lift over there.

Being situated midst the mountains of Mogán, the surroundings of the farm are simply breathtaking. The house itself has a great history, having stayed in Pablo’s family for several generations. The rooms are small and weakly lit, so you shouldn’t be planning on spending too much time inside. Also, as far as we understood, there is no WiFi option and the rooms get a bit chilly in the winter time. However this was the only place (out of the three places, where we stayed), where we could have a decent bath/shower without fearing that the warm water would end too soon. There is also a refrigerator in the house, which, just like the bathroom, is shared among the people staying at Orange Tree Farm.
