THE BUILDING IS LOCATED NEAR THE HISTORIC CITY CENTRE OF MONTEMARCIANO. IT IS PART OF AN ANCIENT NOBLE VILLA RENOVATED FEW YEARS AGO AND IT'S SURROUNDED BY A WIDE PARK THAT COVERS SOME HECTARES.

IT IS SITUATED ON A STRIKING POSITION ON THE HILLS, FAR FROM THE SEA ONLY 3 KM AND FROM THE ADRIATIC NATIONAL ROAD. IT IS LINKED UP VERY WELL TO THE ANCONA-FALCONARA AIRPORT (ONLY 10 KM), TO THE PORT OF ANCONA (ABOUT 20 KM) AND TO THE TOLLGATES OF ANCONA-NORD AND SENIGALLIA.

IT IS A STRATEGIC POINT FOR EXCURSIONS TO WELL-KNOWN TOURISTIC RESORTS SUCH AS SENIGALLIA, LORETO, RECANATI, THE FRASASSI CAVES, THE CONERO COAST, THE MONTI SIBILLINI NATIONAL PARK AND THE SEVERAL ANCIENT VILLAGES IN THE INLAND OF MARCHE- APPRECIATED FOR THEIR ARTISTIC AND NATURAL BEAUTIES.

FROM THE RENOVATION WE OBTAINED 16 BEDROOMS WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM, TV, AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING, LIFT, COMFORTABLE PARKING AREA.
