The jacuzzi and the steam bath makes a very relax atmosphere. There is also a parking garage for your car if you are driving.***Please note the following conditions:-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).-Cleaning fee 40 eurosThere is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
