The Rubiks apartment is a nice and taken care of four-bedroom apartment for up to 12 guests. the living room is on the first floor where a contemporary sofa awaits you around a coffee table. The sofa turns into a double sofa bed which sleeps two. Kick back and listen to your favorite tunes on the radio or catch a cable show using the digital flat screen. Fast Wireless internet is included for your entertainment or business purposes. There are 2 dining's each with dining table with seating for 6 each directly connecting to the fully equipped open style kitchen. Two alluring chandeliers hang from the ceiling suppling ambient lighting. All the appliances are up to date and includes a gas stove, coffee maker, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge (and freezer) as well as all the utensils needed!

Ascending the staircases to the second floor leads you to the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a big double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Both have bedside tables and lamps.

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
