If you´re looking for culture we have capoeira shows ,portuguese classes and a great group of staff who are there to provide all the information you could want on whats going on in Rio and the surrounding area.

To see all this exceptional city has to offer we have a wide range of tours. Whether you want to see Christ the Redeemer, ride up Sugar Loaf, walk through the Forest, witness the frenzy of Rio’s finest Football teams in action, run off a mountain (safer than it sounds), dance with the locals (the most fun have with your clothes on) or discover what life is like in the Favelas we can make it happen.

We host a total of 120 beds split between dorm rooms and private rooms. Our dorm rooms range from 24 beds down to 4 beds and include a 6 bed female dorm with its own private bathroom and all dorms include individual security lockers.

From the airport you can take a taxi for around R$60 to our front door. Remember to inform the taxi driver our hostel is just across the road from metro Cardeal Arcoverde. If you prefer to take the big blue airport bus towards Zona Sul that will cost between R$8-12 depending on the time of day and you need to tell the bus driver to drop you off at Copacabana Palace and then walk round the block following the map shown.

From the bus station you can take a taxi for around R$40 or there are a number of buses that leave from outside the front heading to Copacabana which if you specify to the driver will drop you off at the metro station Cardeal Arcoverde for just R$2.50 and then you just cross the road and follow the map shown to easily find us. If you come out the bus station and the bus stops are not easily visible in front of you you’ve probably come out of the large rear exit of the bus station by mistake.
