we have just returned from this B&B It was excellent the Breakfasts were very nice and plenty the bedrooms and Bathrooms were spotlessly clean and warm. very clean laundry also a bottle of water for you in your room, a Hairdryer, so you have not got that extra weight to carry in your case. Filippo was very helpful he collected us from the Airport and returned us there for a small fee.

The Carrara's family will be happy to host you in a modern, well furnished villa with 800's furniture, restored directly by Mr Filippo, the owner.
B&B Ciliegio is closed to the 'Colli' park, the biggest and quite green area of the city, just 20 minutes walking to the medieval upper town, also reachable by bus (nr. 3 line); the bus-stop is just 400 metres far.
The centre of the city is only 3,5 Km far, and well connected by a frequent bus (#6 line).
The B&B has inside free fenced car parking and playground for children.
The villa is composed by3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living room overlooking at the garden and a playground for children.
Private entrance for the B&B.
Rooms are available from 2 pm. Please contact us in advance about your arrival time.

Filippo was very helpful he collected us from the Airport and returned us there for a small fee. On the way to the B&B he told us all about the area and then once inside the B&B he gave us books and maps explained the buses, Trains etc and where to eat and what to eat.
If you visit there in the spring or summer he has a lovely garden for you to sit in, also there is a balcony from your room to walk out to and sit and admire the veiws. You can also email Filippo anytime before you visit and if you have any queires about anything he will always reply and try to help.
Bergamo is a lovely place to stay it has a new town and a old town and just 45 mins by train to Milan so if you wanted a little chill out time inbetween your visit to busy Milan its the place to stay and the B&B is just two minuites away from the bus stop to take you to the new town and then about a 10 min walk to the train station.karen and Terry (Midlands)

The accommodation is absolutely lovely. The location is quiet yet close to the hussle and bussle of the town. The owner was extremely helpful with local information, i.e. transport and restaurants and places of interest. The breakfast served every morning was second to none. We did not want for anything during our stay. We will be emailing the owner to thank him for his wonderful hospitality. I would recommend this B & B to anyone without a doubt.

Directions
From the AIRPORT/MOTORWAY: follow 'Stadium/Stadio' directions. When you get to the Stadium (on your right hand side) go ahead until the 3rd traffic lights and turn right. Continue straight ahead (Baioni street) overcoming n.3 traffic lights. At the 4th traffic lights turn right. Now you are in Crocefisso street; proceed ahead for about 600 m until a 90° curve. You'll find a small street on your left; the B&B entrance is the first gate, on the left side.
From the RAIL STATION: at the station exit, walk straight ahead for 500m reaching "Porta Nuova" square. On the right hand side, you'll find the #6 bus line stop (S.COLOMBANO direction).
Get off at the bus terminal, then take the right side, proceed straight ahead getting to a small street; the B&B entrance is the first gate, on the left side.
Please contact the B&B if you are coming during evening hours (the buses could have different itineraries).
