We meet a bad witch here. All she wanted was to get us to pay full amount without even taking a look at our reservation via Travellerspoint.com. We already paid 10% deposit via the website. She asked us to get the deposit refund back from the website by ourselves. She thought all Thai tourists were trouble. Room 501 was full of cigarette smell. Initially, we thought that the previous one smoked but as the time passed, we realized that the smell did not disappeared. We tried to contact the housekeeper but we could not find her at all. Therefore, all we could do was sleeping in another reserved room (3 people in a Single bedroom). We were really disappointed with the service and the smell. I will not go to this hotel again.

This business hotel is located 2 minutes' walk from Nagoya station west exit so it's in a top location, although the sign is very small so it's easy to walk past. If you look for a Takoyaki (octopus ball) restaurant you'll find it, you go in there and up the stairs. It'll make more sense when you see it...
The place was spotlessly clean which has become the norm in my 4 months in Japan. The rooms are a reasonable size for a business hotel, 3.5 or 4 tatami or about 2 metres by 4 metres. Furniture consisted of a bed, table, chair and TV. The bed was SUPER comfortable, probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've had in Japan.
I made a booking mistake and booked for the night after I intended to stay, so when I got there they were full and I had a reservation for the next night... the owner/manager guy gave me a few phone numbers and was helpful in finding another place to stay for that night. I stayed in the other place and came here the next day.
All in all I was happy, it was just like most other business hotels I've stayed in.. cheap clean and easy going. Would recommend and would stay there again.
