The apartment is very nice decorated and it is in a quiet and lovely residential area, near the Poetto beach, an awesome city beach. I had a good time there and the person in charge (who tooks us from the airport, because we arrived in Cagliari quite late) was very open.

This is a private apartment, you should arrive before 8 pm and contact the number you will receive before arrival.We are located in the beutiful town of Cagliari, close to the Copacabana-style Poetto beach. The area is one of the best in Cagliari. The town has several lively and cosmopolitan restaurants and has a vibrant night life.The 50 Square Meters apartment is nicely decorated and is furnished with 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen only for you. There is a king size baldacchino bed in a bedroom for two with a private bathroom, with shower box, a living room with 21' TV, DVD MP3 Player, and a fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, gas cooking top and all the necessary to cook. The bathroom is spacious and has a showerbox. Facilities include heating, hot water and air conditioning, guides about Cagliari and Sardinia, bed linen.Also free car parking.Cagliari has all the life and energy of an Italian city, but with a touch of the countryside. Eat in the bustling cafes or pass your time in the many cinemas and chic stores. To pass your time, visit the 13th-century Castello district, or the roman amphitheatre, or the beautiful Poetto beach.We hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to meeting you!Ideally suitable for young travellers.Please note. The apartment is very nice decorated and it is in a quiet and lovely residential area, near the Poetto beach, an awesome city beach. I had a good time there and the person in charge (who tooks us from the airport, because we arrived in Cagliari quite late) was very open. She told us a lot of things about the city and the surrounding area. She also left us a lot of stuff about Cagliari: maps, information about the buses, trains, airport, car renting, beaches... What we didn't like: It is a ground floor and you can't open the window in the sleeping room.

Located nearly viale Poetto, which take you directly to Poetto Beach. The apartment is on the building basement, this information is not detailed in the description. The room is very big for two person with all facilities you need but the cleaning is very limited when We arrive there. Not recommended, for the same price you can try booking other apartments.
