Room was very hot. Even with window closed there was a lot of traffic noise, which made it difficult to sleep.
Bathrooms seemed rather cramped. There were no towel rails - the shower doors all appeared to have once held towel hooks that had broken off and not been replaced.

Sydney Central on Wentworth is unique in the City of Sydney in that it provides quality budget accommodation with a room-type choice to suit every pocket - rooms with shared bathroom facilities and smart ensuite rooms. NO dorms! !
Budget rooms consist of furnished single, twin and double rooms. These rooms have shared bathroom facilities have basic bedroom furnishings with all linen supplied, and have a small refrigerator. Smoking is permitted in the Standard Budget rooms.
The Deluxe Ensuite rooms have air-con, TV, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities and are strictly non-smoking!
The Hotel sells parking payment vouchers to a neighbouring parking station: $20 for 24-hours. These tickets provide multiple entry and exit! Please check availability of payment vouchers.
The Hotel is centrally located, withing walking distance of everything in the city - Darling Harbour, Central Station, city shopping, Paddy's Markets, Circular Quay and the Opera House.
It is a 4-storey building with a lift. There is also a TV lounge and dining room for guests, coin-operated laundry and a free internet terminal for guests near the Reception area. There is also wireless internet connectivity from all rooms (subject to payment). Full Reception 24-hours!
Full payment of the accommodation is required at check-in. Your credit card should be presented for the Hotel to swipe. If this is not available, a $100 (refundable) security deposit will be requested.

Full payment of booking to be made at check-in. If paying by cash, a 'security deposit' of $100 will be required. If paying with a credit card, the Hotel will make a copy of the card instead.
Rooms are NOT transferrable from the original guest.
The Hotel has a strict No Visitor policy. Rooms and Hotel facilities are for the registered guest/s only.
Over the New Year period there is a 7-night minimum booking. The tariff must be paid in full at check-in. No refunds for early check-out.

Directions
Sydney Central on Wentworth is situated about 9 kms from Sydney Airport, in the city centre. To reach the hotel from the airport, you may:
Take the train to Central Station. It is a 10-minute journey. Price is around $15.
Take the Airporter bus. This mini-bus service takes about 30 minutes and will drop you at the hotel door. Costs $14 pp.
Take a taxi. Takes about 20 minutes and costs $35-$40.
Central Station is a 300m, 5 minute walk from the Hotel. The Hotel is half way between Hyde Park and Central Station. Wentworth Avenue runs between Oxford Street and Elizabeth Street.
