We spent some days at Catania City Center B&B and we felt really welcome. The staff contacted us some days before our arrival to give us some suggestions about how to reach the B&B and some tips about safety in the city. Our room was really nice and there was a kitchen that we could use to prepare dinner for us. We visited a lot of cities nearby Catania:Taormina, Siracusa and Agrigento and the staff also helped us to rent a car at a good price.

Catania City Center B&B offers at low cost the comforts of a hotel and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere of a B&B.
It is an ancient restored building, plunged in the historical centre: in a few minutes you can reach the most important sightseeings of the city, such as the Cathedral, the Ursino Castle and the Benedictine Monastry (one of the sites belonging to UNESCO's World Heritage List).
Our Bed and Breakfast shows the different hearts of the city through the theme rooms' furnishings. Every room is endowed with private bathroom, TV, DVD, safe box, air-conditioning and wireless internet connection.

Directions
From the Airport:
-- By Car:
Once you exit the airport you have to follow the direction to 'Catania PORTO', when you will see the port of Catania at your right you will find a round point with a Mc Donald Fastfood. You will go round and take the small climb of about 20 metres, at the end of the climb you have to go right and then take the first street on your left called 'Via del Plebiscito'. Follow this street until you find at your right a ESSO Gasoline Station, there you have to take the street on the right and then turn right again in Via Naumachia. We are the yellow building with windmills at the number 103!
--By Bus:
Take the city bus called 'Alibus' and stop in Piazza Borsellino. From there walk through Piazza Duomo and go up for Via Garibaldi till the number 185. Turn left in Via Abate Ferrara. The second on the right is Via Naumachia. We are at the number 103.
If you will arrive at the railway station, once you exit the station you find a bus stop. You have to take the bus n°628 Black and you have to go down the bus in Via Vittorio Emanuele where the school Boggio Lera is (ask the bus driver). In front of the entrance of the school you will find Via Santissima Trinità, you will walk along this street and you have to turn at the fifth street on your right into Via Naumachia. We are the yellow building with windmills at the number 103!
If you want to take a taxi can cost around 20.00 euros.
