VERY IMPORTANT To cancel the booking 48hrs before your arrival time, if not you will be charged: 1 night if you are staying 1-2 nights, 50% for more than 2 nights, for the high season like AUGUST, CHRISTMAS AND EASTER PERIOD, NEW YEAR EVE and national parties you need to cancell 7days before, or you will be charged 100%.

It was the worst ever experience we've been through during a holiday abroad!
sewage came up through the shower drain! & besides, every couple of minutes we had to bear the tideous sound of the funny noises coming out of the drain in the same shower! we could not bear the sewage bad smell and coulf not sleep well during the night stay! - could it be worse?
beds utterly uncomfortable ; for a room with a balcony they charged us an extra fee of ten euros.
our baggage literally thrown out of the room at the end of our stay ;
It's a very untidy place and the staff was quite unfriendly too.
I hope you do not recommend other types of hostels similar to this ;
It is a shame that such a hotel of worst kind is advertised by your travel guide!
we regret to have followed your advice in relation to this awful place.
We are sure we left personal affects there by mistake, among them a bag of ten packets of blue Rothmans cigarette boxes and they have not even tried to contact us back! ; we tried to contact them by phone to no avail- nobody answers our calls!

The home made jams and cakes mentioned in the advert are delicious and everything about the breakfast is perfect - the coffee being the best we had for any breakfast in B&Bs or small hotels in Sicily.
The service of meeting guests a the airport and taking them there at the same rates as taxis was much appreciated.
