Had a wonderful time at this place. Cheap, clean and fantastic people. The shower had no curtain but that is the only complaint. Its definately a great place to stay

About Eos da Simone
Eos apartments offer comfortable doubles rooms all with fridge and private bathroom, kitchen and a few of the apartments have terraces and balconies.
Are also avaiable really basic rooms (3rd floor) without kitchen.
You can meet Simone at the NEWS stand in Via Colombo 154, one of the biggest streets, and close to shopping centre and main transport.
Please the day before or your arrival day call us to let me know your arrival time (train (?)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In order to keep your reservation,
YOU MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 5,30 P.M.,
otherwise your reservation will be given away.(check in is between 2pm and 5,30 pm)
If there is some kind of unforseen problem(delay of the train or flight ) and you'll be late You have to call us so that arrangements can be made.
- We ask that you please pay in cash (not to worry... there is an ATM just few steps from our office). We also accept travelers checks in euro (we accept them just like cash, no fees are charged) at your arrivall.
If you are coming by train you can look at www.trenitalia.com
If you are flying we suggest you Pisa airport since is well connect to all europe with all the lowcost company expecially with Ryanair (www.ryanair.com) and it's easy to came to Cinque Terre
1 hour by car and 45 minutes by train that you can take from the airport.
For the people that are interest in traditional festivals in Riomaggiore we inform you that :
May there is a religious procession that will leave from the village and go to the Sanctuary of Madonna di Montenero where the next day there will be a traditional pic-nic , all the village will be there.
June 10 there is the CORPUS DOMINI Religious procession
June 24 S.Giovanni Battista (Patron of the village) Religious procession
Agoust 16 S.Rocco Religious procession
During the summer season there are different events that take place throughout the village.
For the lovers of the bicycle
MAY 21 there will be the arrival of the italieans tour (giro d'italia )chrono right above the village,do not miss it
the National Park of 5 terre and private busines offer live music concert, open markets, competitions and children shows.
And do not forget the famous Big Party that will be on the 4th of July at Bar Centrale

Riomaggiore is an absolutely unforgettable place, and our experience of and at Eos da Simone contributed in every way to a great two days.

Excellent! Nice apartment, walking distance from the beach, great hospitality.

Simone was helpful and friendly. Gave us some good advice about places to eat etc, then got out of our hair. Place was very clean. Bath had a handheld shower, which made showering a little exciting. Was very hot at night, so could have done with a fan in the bed rooms. would happily stay there again.

We had a very nice stay in Riomaggiore and we enjoyed our time in the apartment. Two things that we missed was first 2 keys since there where 4 of us and we had trouble when we wanted to do different things. The other thing was a towel in the kitchen . Otherwise we were very pleased with our visit to Cinque Terre.

simone picked us up from the train station which was really nice because it made finding the place much easier.
the place itself is ok. not very high standard i'd say and we didn't manage to set the heating to the temperature we wanted so it was switching it on/off again and again.
also the place could use some more intensive cleaning and a few more basic things (like wine glasses, a towel for the dishes).

since is 45 minutes by TRAIN (that you can also get from the airport)
and 1hour by car
From La Spezia only 7 minutes by train.
From the train station, only 5 minutes walking.
We are in Via Colombo 120, one of the biggest streets, so it's not difficult to find us!!
