we loved this hostel! really big rooms, clean, lots of facilities, the staff were REALLY helpful in getting to cinque terre. wasnt too difficult to find and it was in a really beautiful spot. i would definitely reccomend people to stay here!

On the Northwestern hills of La Spezia, aside the breathtaking coast of the 'Cinque Terre', the Hostel 'Tramonti' is situated in the ancient hamlet of Biassa. The village is situated on the verdant hills surrounding the gulf and it is the main doorway to the 'Cinque Terre' and to the several pathways crossing the hillside.
CHECK IN :
Absolutely after 2.30 p.m. and untill 11.00 p.m. (not in the morning ).
Opening time from 07.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 01.00 a.m.
Cleaning 10:30 a.m - 02:30 p.m.: WC and showers are kept closed and guests are asked not to stay in the Hostel
We ask a refundable deposit for room and locker's key( 10,00 Euro/only cash).
CANCELLATION POLICY :
We accept cancellation or modification of your booking only by E-Mail(not by phone) 36 hours before your arrival.
Refreshments are available - Breakfast:The breakfast start 07:30 a.m. and close 09:30 a.m., Bar, Hot and cold self-service meals, and packed meals. We have special arrangements with local 'Trattorie' (small restaurants) of the area.
In reception we have englsh spoken receptionists, public telephone, mountain-bike rental, information service, organized excursions and sightseeing. In our common room you can enjoy television and DVD video, table games and a library.
All parts of the hostel are wheelchair accessible including restrooms and shower facilities.
Please note: the property management reserves the right to conatct the customer and ask the CVV code of the credit card in order to guarantee the booking.

Ostello Tramonti is beautiful and in a quaint little town. The breakfast was very tasty and at a great value. The hostel was not very full, so the two of us had a room to ourselves. Only concern is - it is NOT "aside the breathtaking coast of the Five Lands (Cinque Terre)." It's a haul by bus and tricky by car. It was still worth it for us - but be sure to note that it is not in Cinque Terre.

BUS LINES FROM LA SPEZIA :
Only By Bus number 19 Biassa (info A.T.C) duration of journey: 20 minutes--
BUS STOP :
You can find the nearest bus stop in "Piazza Brin"(4 minutes on foot) : from La spezia train station (main exit) turn on the right and go down the iron stairs(please don't take the stairs in front the main exit), pass by the road, take via CASTELFIDARDO on the left, go ahead for 300 meters and you'll arrive in PIAZZA BRIN (a square with trees and a fountain in the middle) The bus stop is on the left side of the square, close a kiosk of newspapers.

ATTENTION PLEASE :
At this schedule( 02.10 p.m.-07.10 p.m.) the bus stop is in 'Corso Cavour' at the civic number 140 ( from bus stop in 'Piazza Brin' you can walk on the left side for 600 meters untill the civic number 140.
FROM RIOMAGGIORE(Cinque Terre): By National park by Cinque Terre Green bus from Riomaggiore, duration of journey 10 minutes.
