The location is great as you can park your car in the garage next door for a good rate and then walk everywhere in Florence. The bathroom was clean, the room ok, but the breakfast room / kitchen area would need some deep cleaning. The breakfast buffet was quite dirty, so we did not really eat anything there. Good value for money.

Everything was great except the lack of AC! For the most part, I was the only person there. The facilities were great but Florence was sooo hot and then I came "home" to a little room with a little fan. Andy and his wife were very friendly and helpful (they live off site, so you will probably only see the at check-in.). I would definitely stay there again if I return- but not in July!

I highly recommend this great B&B. The rooms are spacious and tidy, a great breakfast is provided daily, and there is a communal dining area and kitchen. It's also located right in the heart of Florence and an easy walk to all the sites, shops and markets. And to top it all off Andy is incredibly helpful and friendly.

I've done a lot of travelling and this is by definitely one of the best B&Bs I've stayed in! Can't fault it!!

Very nice large rooms in a quiet area.Help yourself breakfast is set out the previous night so you do not miss out if you have an early departure.
Highly reccommended for budget travellers
