We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made by email and include the reservation code. According to the City Council resolution n.230/33, since 1st July 2011 the city of Florence imposes a tourist tax on non-residents staying overnight. The tax is 1 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights and shall be added to your balance due upon arrival. Not applicable to children under 10 years of age.
Please note that your credit card will automatically be charged on the morning of your arrival day for the total amount of the first night. If for any reason the transaction does not go through, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice.
If you arrive between 6.30am and 2pm you're welcome to leave your bags in our luggage room until your room becomes free at 2.30pm. Reception is open from 6.30am. From 11am to 2.30pm the rooms are closed for daily cleaning. The reception and common areas are always open. Breakfast is served from 7am to 9.30am.
