By The Mile B&B in Edinburgh is a relaxing place to stay at the heart of the Fringe Festival. Opened specially for the August festival period, we are set in a quiet courtyard just a few steps from the Royal Mile in Edinbugh's Old Town.

We have three double rooms, all with tall sash windows letting in plenty of natural light. There are tea and coffee making facilities in each room and free internet access in the guest living room. Bathrooms are shared.

Both hot and continental breakfast options are available, depending on your preference. Breakfast is included in the rates.

By The Mile B&B is conveniently situated a mere five minute walk from the city's main train station, Edinburgh Waverley, where the bus from the airport also stops.

Children are welcome (please inquire about any special arrangements).

Check-in: after 3pm.

Check-out: before 10.30am

Cancellations must be received at least 3 days in advance.
