A very pretty riad in the medina of Meknes. It's reasonably close to the souks and the gorgeous and fascinating Place El Hedim while not being more than 10 or 20 minutes walk from the Ville Nouvelle but is quite tricky to find (you'll probably have to pay someone a few dhiram to guide you there the first time) if you're new to Meknes and not too familiar with Moroccan cities in general. The place was spotless, showers were excellent, room was nice, breakfast was alright but we did have some trouble with our booking (in short, we'd internet-booked a double-room for one person having asked for two, thought the sight was just misdisplaying it and were charged an extra ten euros per night for the second person which seems a bit much - partly our own stupid fault for not checking but still a bit much). Staff were nice (had one person who spoke good English, which may or may not be important to you and will not be the case everywhere in Meknes), though I think Moroccan and English conceptions of directions have relatively little overlap.
