About Studentflats Valencia 68

We have two units with 4 fully equipped private rooms, sharing 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room full of natural light, 2 terraces and a corridor. There is a big kitchen to share with washing machine, microwave, TV and fridge. We will provide there everything needed!

Our range of rooms is:

-Double room with private bathroom and outside window.

-Double room with private terrace.

-2 Single rooms with outside window.

Internet WI-FI connection.

Student Valenciaflats is really good situated nearby the University of Valencia, Burjassot and also the beach and the port.

These are the students area and the zone is very friendly, with many supermarkets around.

There are connecting with tram, bus, metro and Valenbisi.

Please note:

Cancellation Policy: 72 hours.

3 nights minimum stay.

Check in from 12:00 to 14:00. If you are coming later, please call us in advance with your arrival time.

Check out before 11 am.

50€ refundable deposit required on arrival.

Breakfast not included.

Only Cash payment upon arrival.

We need a copy of identity card or passport.
You need to sign a contract for the period that you have rent the room.

Check in from 12:00 to 14:00. If you are coming later, please call us in advance with your arrival time. We don't give key after the 22.00 h.
Check out from 9 to 11 am.

50€ for person refundable deposit required on arrival.
You need to pay in cash with the exactly money because we don't change, we don't accept banknotes largest then 50 euro.
