Hotel Gavinana, Florence, Italy

Our hotel is situated near the centre of Florence, in Gavinana from which it takes the name. The construction is an independent villino with a small garden built at the end of the' 50s.

We have ten large, bright and quiet rooms. Some are equipped with complete bathroom, others with shower and washbasin, some have a private small balcony, all of them have the satellite TV, telephones and a ceiling fan.

Parking near the hotel is free but those who wish can park their car in a garage can do so quite cheaply. Nearby there are two supermarkets, one take-away pizzeria and one of the best ice-cream shops in Florence.

You can get to the historical centre in 10 min. Go to Ponte Vecchio or Piazza Duomo on local line 23. If you come by car we advise you to park in front of the hotel and travel by public means of transport (private traffic is not allowed in the city centre).

Our hotel is a family enterprise; we are pleased to give our customers all the necessary information to help them enjoy a pleasant stay including itineraries for inside and outside the city.

We can also make reservations for visits to the larger museums.

Hotel's cancellation policy allows cancellations without penalty till 48 Hours from arrival (CET). First night will be charged from the Hotel after this deadline or in case of no show
