If you are arriving outside our normal open hours of 7AM to 11PM please give us a call at +855 (0) 23 223 170 or email us. If you do not indicate you are going to be arriving outside our normal business hours you risk forfeiting your booking. All no shows without a prior cancellation at least 24 hours before arrival will be charged in full for the first night.This being Cambodia there is actually another building numbered 40A on the next cross street east of us. If you do not see a sign outside that says 'The White Rabbit' you need to go west one more block over.If in doubt just have your driver give us a call.Cheers!
