The Aparthotel Residence San Niccolò is located in a glamorous 19th century mansion, recently refurbished, on the Lungarno riverside in front of Piazzale Michelangelo. Signoria Square, the Uffizi Museum and more are all in the nearby.It is just a short walk away from the heart of art and culture and at the same time it is close to the avenues which are the main link-up roads in town.Our apartments are 1 and 2 bedroom studios located on three floors, some overlooking the Arno riverside, some other overlooking the typical red roofs and towers of the town.Each apartment has a cooking corner (electric kitchenette) with full cooking equipment and fridge, living area/room, bathroom with shower.All apartments are provided with telephone, television, video-house phone, air conditioning and private heating.Please Note: from July 1st the City of Florence will introduce the tourism tax, applied to non-residents overnight staying The tourism tax rate is Euro 4,00 per night, and it is not applied to children up to 10 years old.
