Just a few minutes’ walk from the pedestrian street, the casino of Palais de la Méditerranée and the beautiful beaches of Promenade des Anglais.
Old Nice’s narrow and lively streets --well-known for the nightlife-- are situated within a 10 minute walk.
An ideal location to enjoy Nice beaches while staying in the heart of the city; its museums , luxury boutiques, restaurants and supermarket.
All our apartments include:
- Private bathroom with shower
- Linen and towel
- Free Wi-Fi
We will give you the keys to the apartment upon arrival and a free city map.
For breakfast you can choose any of the adjacent bars.
Taxes are included in the price.
After your reservation, you will receive an e-mail with a map and directions to the apartment. We will ask you for the estimated time of arrival for a speedy check-in without delays.
Check in time is between 14:30 and 20:00
Check out is before 10:30
- To the customers who cancel less than 14 days before arrival, we will charge 50 % of the total amount.
- In case of a no show, we will charge for the full amount of the reservation.
- Payment is accepted in cash upon arrival.
From the airport:
Take bus number 98 and get off at the stop « Congrés / Promenade » in front of the Palais de la Méditerranée. Turn into « Rue du Congrés » and then left into « Rue de France » until the corner with « Rue Dalpozzo ».
From the train station:
About 10 minutes’ walk, take « Avenue Auber ». Continue straight until « Rue Dalpozzo », keep going straight until the corner with « Rue de France ».
