Pensione Rinascente is the perfect start point for visiting other fantastic places in Tuscany given its vicinity to both the rail and the coach stations, as well as its vicinity to the town of Livorno with its important port, one of the most famous in Italy. Don't miss visiting art centres like Firenze, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, the Etruscan coast, the Versilia, the fantastic medieval borgos and the nearby Tuscan islands.

Pensione Rinascente is a family run hotel in the heart of Pisa. Although renovated several times along all these years, the antique building has kept its former charme and glory. The bedrooms are very spacious and filled with natural light most of the day throughout the whole year.

Our hotel has been run by our family generation after generation, we do consider it home and wish you can feel at home also when you come and visit us.

Accommodation Information

Pensione Rinascente is a friendly and welcoming hotel situated in the historical centre of Pisa, at stone throw from the leaning tower and Piazza dei Miracoli.

The bedrooms are clean, spacious and filled with natural light during the day. We guarantee the best price for value. Ms Pina, who has lived in the palazzo all her life, running the business for over 50 years, will be happy to provide you all the assistance you may require on your stay. Given the friendly atmosphere it is often immediate to feel at home.

Location Information

Pensione Rinascente is in Via del Castelletto, in Pisa, in the very heart of the historical centre, 200 metres from the world famous leaning tower, and even less from Scuola Normale Superiore and Piazza dei Cavalieri.

Should you reach Pisa by train, we are 20 min. walk from "Pisa centrale" train station. You can either walk, catch a bus and get off at Piazza Garibaldi or and this is the true hassle free solution, choose a taxi! As you exit the train station, taxis are all parked on your left hand side. If you find yourself at Pisa International Airport instead, avoid walking: solutions are either the bus or the taxi.

Should you arrive to our hotel by car, please do not forget to inform us of this so that we may issue the required special permit for you to drive your car in the city centre and be able to park it near the hotel. Our guests are trusted and given the keys to the house for the entire period of their stay. This allows you to stay out as much as you wish without worring about the hotel staff!
