Unity Apartment, Amsterdam vacation property, as the ship on its first voyage, is completely new and has all the modern facilities one might need. It has 2 large bedrooms, each one with two single beds that can turn into double beds upon request, high ceilings and lamps that illuminate this beautiful apartment at night. It also has an open and fully equipped kitchen even with a microwave oven.
The living room has a large plasma screen and a double sofa bed. There is also wireless Internet connection and if you want to enjoy the view, you can always go out the balcony. The bathroom has both shower and bathtub and a separate toilet so you can have all the privacy you want. Sheets and towels will be provided during your stay.. As a plus, we offer a reception service which works 24 hours a day, combining the facilities of a hotel with the privacy of an apartment.
***Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Cleaning fee 40 euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.
This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance.
We accept payment by cash and credit card.
