You are not permitted to wash your laundry here. There is a fine of 20 for this. This is a non-smoking premises. If you are caught smoking onsite there is a fine of 20. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your booking if the credit card doesn't work. Taxes included in price, except Rome City tax. Rome City tax is an additional 2 per person per night (for those 10 years of age and up) and will be added to your balance upon arrival. Please include this in your budget calculations. Its very important for us to know your exact time of arrival. If you're going to be later then you wrote on your reservation, you must contact our reception. If not, we will not guarantee your reservation. Check-in: until 11pm. Late check-in (after 11pm) will be charged 20. For late check-in you must contact us by email or phone after booking. Check-out: 10am to 2pm. At check-out you must return the keys, sheets and towels provided. There is a 10 fee for lost keys. Payment is due upon arrival by cash, debit card, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept PayPal or MoneyBookers. Breakfast is served until 10am. We have a 72hr cancellation policy
