About Fit and Fun Hostel
Our hostel is located in Kötschach Mauthen in Carinthia in Austria. In summer it serves as a base for our Adventure Programmes like rafting, canyoning, canoeing, mountainbiking, trekking, kayaking, hydrospeeding, and mountain climbing and in winter it is ideal for skiing and snowboarding.
Summer activities are organised directly at our house and in winter there is a ski lift in our village and a free ski bus to the Nassfeld the largest and most modern ski area in Carinthia.
Our beds are in apartments with 6 - 10 beds per apartment with en suite showers and toilets. Most apartments have their own living room and two bedrooms.
In the basement we have our own pub, a table tennis room, also table soccer and darts. Of course we have a heated storage room for ski equipment and skiboots.

Directions
We are located 5 minutes walk from the Kötschach trainstation, which can be reached within 1 Hour of train travel from Klagenfurt where the Klagenfurt International Airport is located.
Trainstation: When you leave the train in Kötschach Mauthen and you step out of the train station, you walk 50m straight ahead until you get to the main road. Here you turn left and walk for 300 m and you are directly in front of our hostel.
Bus Station: The public buses stop in front of the train station same procedure as above.
Next airport: This is Klagenfurt Airport (KLU) when you get of the airport get on a public bus to the train station from there it is one hour drive to Kötschach Mauthen train station then again same procedure as above.
