Welcome to Casalegre Art Vila, a centenary house recently refurbished with unique rooms, each one decorated by a different artist. Our Living room is also an art gallery and we offer different activities, from health and well being to culture and art.

Casalegre Art Vila is your new option of lodging in Rio de Janeiro's cultural heart, Santa Teresa.

At Casalegre we also offer a variety of tours and tips for a great experience at the Cidade Maravilhosa. From airport transfers with safety and punctuality to fun and unique tours around the city, we also offer bikes for rental, cultural and ecological hikes, sailing trips and much more.

If you appreciate independence, the Home Sweet Home feeling, a personalized and informal service, this is the perfect place for your stay in Rio. Each room is decorated by a local artist and some of them have a small kitchen.

Minimum stay required: 3 nights for New Year (December 29th to January 1st) and 5 nights for Carnival (February 8th to the 13th).

We can organize Transfers with comfort and punctuality. it costs R$100,00 from GIG airpot and R$80,00 from the SDU airport or the Bus Station. To confirm please let us know your flight details (company, flight number and arrival time in Rio) and the driver will wait for you at the arrival gate with your name in a sign.

From the International Airport (GIG): the best way is by taxi. Just make sure you get one from the departure floor and that they use the taximeter. If you get a taxi at the arrival floor or hire one from any of the companies inside the airport they will be more expensive.

From the National Airport (SDU): The best way is by taxi.

From the Bus Station: Again, take a taxi outside the Station as they are cheaper. Make sure they use the taximeter.
