About Favola Apartment

Newly remodelled (2011) air-conditioned luxurious first floor 48 m2 condo with big balcony overlooking hills. Marble floors, Italian tiles and courtesy courtains. All amenities you can think of including 60\' LCD TV with home cinema and color video doorphone. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom (no bathtub, though). Private parking. Indoor parking for motorcycles.Small tools and washing facilities for bikers kindly provided on site by the owner.Breakfast served in the appartment between 8 and 10 upon prior agreement.All guests will be welcomed in English, Italian, German or Spanish!Please note:Cancellation policy: 72h advance noticeLate cancellation or noshow – one night chargePayment upon arrival by cash onlyCheck in from 15.00 to 20.00Check out before 12.00Breakfast includedTaxes included
