Thank you for chosen our apartments! Please inform us about EXACT time of your arrival to Prague.There are two possibilities to get the keys from the apartment:1) To pick up the keys from our apartment at our OFFICE at Bolzanova 1 street, 4th floor (use an elevator)second door to the right with the name Ruterra on it. The office is located also close to the apartment (approx 15 min walk, or less than 5 min by tram)In that case we have to know time when you will come to the office.2) To order a door-to-door transfer from the airport, 25 Euro, our manager will come and will pass you the keys from the apartment and proceed the payment. In that case you have to send us your flight details.
