I think that the Youth and Family Guesthouse in Salzburg was really lovely. The staff were all really friendly and I miss them dearly. They were really helpful and presented a warm and friendly welcome.
The location was ideal as it was in close walking distance to all local amenties. The facilities were fantastic as there was many facilities in good working order. The showers were lovely and hot and clean everyday of my stay.

Our hostel is centrally located, within 5 minutes walking distance to the old town, and of course to the night life of Salzburg!
From our hostel, you have also a magnificent view of the fortress 'Hohensalzburg'.

Guesthouse- 8-bedded rooms with shared shower/toilet in the hallway,
- 4-bedded rooms with shower (toilet in the hallway), bunk beds
- twin and 4-bedded ensuite rooms, partly bunk beds

The location was ideal as it was in close walking distance to all local amenties. The facilities were fantastic as there was many facilities in good working order. The showers were lovely and hot and clean everyday of my stay.
The accommodation cost was very reasonable and overall the service was very satisfactory.

Directions
Arrival by train:
- Bus terminal in front of the train station
- Take bus #5 or #25 and get off at 'Justizgebaeude' (7th stop)
- From the Bus Stop (Justitzgebaeude) keep on walking in the same direction as the bus drives on, untill the next Cross Walk (at the Hypo Bank with blue signs) and cross the road. You are now at the beginning of our street at the Josef-Preis Allee. Follow this street till the end where you find us the Jugend&Familiengaestehaus Salzburg (Youth & Family Guesthouse).
If you arrive by plane take bus #2 to the train station and then see 'arrival by train'.
