The Perfect Spot self catering holiday apartment is precisely on the Historic Canal Belt. A mere two minutes away from the Royal Palace, Dam Square and much, much more is at your tippy toes! Also known as the Jordaan area, a district of the city of Amsterdam in the Netherlands which is bordered by the Lijnbaansgracht canal to the West, the Prinsengracht to the East, the Brouwersgracht to the North and the Leidsegracht to the South.

***When you enter this ground floor apartment in a monumental building, please note that the apartment is divided over two floors. This means that it may not be suitable for the elderly or handicapped impaired***

Downstairs is the living area which has a small dining/working table for you to eat on or to use for business purposes. The new kitchen can also be found here. Fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave and stove to cook up a storm! There are two lounge seats and two small bar seats that you can use to sit on.

Down here is the bathroom that has a toilet, sink and shower as well. Towels are provided.

Upstairs is the double bedroom with a big queen size bed. Bed sheets, linen and blankets are provided. If needed, we can provide a (blowup) airbed or mattress.

*Good Portable Samsung TV, either for in the Kitchen on your lounge seat while cooking!! Or in Your Bedroom with a nice DVD player for movie nights!

*Shared washer in the basement.
