Adequate facilities and the room is clean. Experienced a bit of difficulty in locating the hotel after we made some turnings to look for a small mart, otherwise, it is quite easy to find the hotel if you come from the main street. Overall, we are satisfied with the service and facilities of the hotel.

Alla Lenz is pleased to welcome you to our family run hotel where we are delighted to meet the individual needs of our guests, in the pursuit of excellent service.
The hotel's central location, near the Art and History Museums of Vienna as well as the Vienna Burgtheatre and Vienna's main shopping street, Mariahilfer Strasse, is the perfect spot to begin exploring the many cultural delights Vienna has to offer the visitor.
We offer you comfortable and quiet rooms with shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, cable-TV and minibar. Guests can also enjoy the hotel swimming pool and relax on our sun terrace.

Arriving from the airport:
Taxi pick up can be arranged -
Or take the shuttle bus to Westbahnhof - take the underground line U6 (direction 'Floridsdorf') - just 1 stop to Burggasse / Stadthalle. From there, you walk in the direction of 'Zentrum' (city center) approx. 5 minutes and you are in Halbgasse! Follow the yellow signs 'ALLA LENZ'
Arriving by train at:
Westbahnhof (trains from Germany, Salzburg, Linz): Underground U6 - as
mentioned above!
Südbahnhof (trains from Italy or Prague): Take tram No. 18 to the end of the line Burggasse / Stadthalle. From there, you walk in the direction of 'Zentrum' approx. 5 minutes and you are in the 'Halbgasse'. Follow the yellow signs 'ALLA LENZ'
