The Bed & Breakfast is located right in the Center of Rome. just 5 minutes from the Colosseum, the Cathedral of S.Giovanni in Laterano, the Church of S.Maria Maggiore, Piazza Venezia and from the major tourist attractions. Check-in is from 13.30 to 10.00 pm, please advise in advance about late check-in after 10.00 pm. Attention, City tax is not included in the price.
The Residence is inside a palace of the 19th century, and it boasts a perfect position to visit Rome because is located in the middle of two Metro stops, Vittorio and Manzoni. From here you can easily reach all the principal sites of historical and artistic interest of the city, restaurant, pubs, Roman 'trattorie' and also the most famous areas for shopping.

The B&B has large and light rooms: double, triple and quadruple, each with private bathroom, Tv Sat Lcd, refrigerator, hairdryer and air-conditioning in the summer time.B&B has 1 single room with shared bathroom, fan,Tv Sat Lcd and hairdryer and refrigerator .B&B has 1 double use for single with private bath,fan,Tv Sat LCD and hairdryer,refrigerator. There's free Wireless. In the price is included the breakfast that we serve in your room.
we have budget double bed room with shared bathroom. Please note , this room have a french bed and a fan in the summer time No air-conditiong.
Coming to Rome by the Autostrada A1 (Florence-Naples), A12 (from Civitavecchia), A24 (from Teramo) or A25 (from Pescara) you have to overtake the G.R.A and go on until S.Giovanni (Exit n.23). You will be on Via Appia Nuova: follow the direction to 'Center' of Rome. After approximately 8 Km you will find 'Re Di Roma' square, so take the road to 'S. Giovanni'. Go too straight until 'Via Emanuele Filiberto'. We are on your left, at the number 109.
