Casa Riccio's plan comes from an initiative of the family, decided to engage on new experiences andfulfill an old dream: to accomodate people interested in cultural exchanges and in the beauty of Sicily.

Close to Massimo and Politeama theatres and well served by public transport, Casa Riccio offers a comfortable and cheap stay if you want to enjoy Palermo and Sicily.

We love our island and we address our guests to the discovery of little- known places inPalermo to taste 'the smell' of Sicilian traditions and the true essence of our island culture.

Casa Riccio is in the heart of the city, in one of the highest buildings in Palermo, on the 10th floor. Simply and smartly furnished in a '70s style flat, it offers our guests total independence, instead of the usual room with bathroom. Each room has its own bathroom, and at Casa Riccio you can get in and out at any time, with absolute freedom as you were at home, yet you will always feel the warmth of a typical Sicilian family.

In the large living room, you can read, make friends with other guests, watch TV or use your computer through the free WiFi Internet access the whole house is equipped with. Every single room is air-con-ditioned and from the terrace you will enjoy one of the most delightful views of Palermo, admiring the gulf of Palermo, Capo Zafferano, Monte Pellegrino, Mondello, Monreale, the Cathedral, Massimo Theatre, etc. ..

On summer days you can have breakfast under the gazebo. Despite its central location, you won't hearthe noise of the city, thanks to its height and exposure; we are very proud of it.
