Welcome to the Portobello Suites most luxurious fully furnished loft spaces in Brooklyn, each private bedroom offers accommodation on a short or long term basis. There are large fully equipped kitchens and large living rooms, all fully furnished with vintage furniture.  All rooms come with clean, comfortable bed sheets, quilts and bath towels  accompanied with art on the walls by The classic New York artist Gregory Ilich.

Accommodation Information

ALL UTILITIES are included in the rent amount and yes travellers that includes WIFI.  Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms plus on site laundry facilities.  Weekly cleaning service is provided to all guests including in and out going mailing hub. 

Location Information

To location 255 Mckibbin St. take L Train to Morgan Avenue and walk 2 blocks. Cross streets are White St. and Bushwick Avenue.

Conditions

Note: 50% of the booking amount will be collected as a refundable deposit. This will be refunded upon check out provided there are no damages to the property.

Cancellations made within 60 days prior to will incur a charge of the full amount of the booking.

House cleaning is $10 per week, this is a mandatory charge.

Check in time is at 2pm. However we do understand that can be difficult to make with late fights or work schedules but you must notify us via email of a later than 2pm check in so we can accommodate you as there is no reception.

Check-ins after 5pm will incur a $25 charge.
Check ins after midnight will incur a $35 charge.

This is an apartment/loft share with other guests. We have provided a large fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, we do ask you to clean up after yourself so all can enjoy the benefit of cooking together!

There is no smoking allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 60 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
