Check-in time is on appointment and the building manager will wait for one hour maximum. In case of no show, no noticed delays(by phone or by email) will be extra charged and waiting hours will be charged on the guest's credit card for gbp25/hour, for a maximum of 4 hours. After 10PM the cost of the late check-in service is gbp25 till midnight and gbp50 after midnight, always on appointment: prepaid rates, GBP30 and GBP60 if paid locally.
3. Behavior of guests and their visitors should not be excessive or rowdy, and must not cause annoyance, distress or embarrassment to staff or fellow guests. Offensive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to recover from the person making the booking any discretionary compensation payment, or discount, that we may have to pay to any other guests, as a result of your actions, or a member of your party or visiting friends. This includes damage to the apartment building, fixtures, fittings and flood damage.
4. Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in the party being asked to leave immediately, if in our sole discretion, we feel the conditions have been infringed. The account will be due in full and no refunds will be given in these circumstances.
5. Improvements, maintenance and changes to the apartments facilities and grounds take place throughout the year. We will always do our best to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. No compensation will be paid if a facility is not available, but we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative.
6. Liability; personal belongings are the responsibility of each member of the party, and items of value can be left in the hotel night safe. We accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, loss or damage to your property unless such loss is due to our negligence. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (eg water, gas, electricity etc) or for any disturbance that is beyond our control. In all cases, except personal injury or death, our liability to you for the total of all claims arising out of your holiday with us is limited to the cost of the booking.
7. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment, including all the bedrooms. If this ban is ignored, a deep cleaning charge of GBP100 per room will be made. If the next occupant refuses to accept the room, you will be liable for the cost of the alternative accommodation as well.
8. Cars are parked at owners' risk in the street or in the parking place if available
9. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with other sales and are always subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice at any time. If the conditions are not fully met, then the standard tariff will apply.

MBD Holiday Apartments for 1-8 people located near the Tower Bridge. The residence is located in a quite private street, at 1,5 km distance from the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge, in the central London, zone 1.

We have flats to rent as an alternative to London hotels. Whether it be a short stay, a business trip or a weekend out in London you can benefit from being able to sleep more people than in a hotel room. You can also save significant money by cooking at home, and using your living room instead of a bar to chill out, but still take advantage of our central London locations.

Our apartments are all recently refurbished and located nearby (1 minute walk) Shadwell DLR Station (Overground)

The area is well serviced by restaurants, shops, and 24/7 supermarkets. Very safe and quite at night it is recommended for young couples, small groups and families.

Very well connected with public transport day and night.

We can offer 3 types of apartments:

Type for 1-6 people:

One bedroom flat with double bedroom (2 foldable single beds can be added) with separate living room with door with dining area with sofas and table, tv with digital channels. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with oven, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge. The accommodation size is about 90sqm.

Double sofa bed in the living room, open concept fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Type ''L'' for 1-8 people:

Spacious apartment with two double bedrooms, located on ground floor and comfortable for people using a wheelchair and families with new-borns.

Two spacious bedrooms with one double bed, double sofa bed in the living room, 2 single fold-able beds for 7th and 8th person. Two bathrooms with bath tub/shower.

Separate spacious living room (with door) with dining area with sofas and table, tv with digital channels. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with oven, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge. The accommodation size is about 90sqm.

Type 'XL' for 1-8 people:

Spacious apartment with two bedrooms with a double bed, a separated living room (with door) with two double sofa-beds. Dining area with sofas and table, tv with digital channels. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with oven, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge. 2 bathrooms with bath tub/shower (one bathroom is en-suite in bedrooms) for about 90sqm space.

Baby cot available (free on booking) and car parking available (extra charge). WIFI available (pay as you go)

Please note that

· Breakage deposit GBP200 for small apartments (one bedroom) and GBP300 for larger apartments (2 bedrooms) have to be paid at least 5 workings days prior arrival by card online and it will be refunded to the same card without any expense.

· Cleaning fee has to be paid locally: GBP50 for the small flats and GBP70 for larger ones.

· Private Parking GBP25/night if paid in advance and GBP30 if paid locally.

· Payment is due upon arrival in cash only or by credit card 5 WORKING DAYS prior arrival: In case of balance due over GBP300 (cleaning fees included) it will have to be paid at least 5 working days prior arrival.

· Wi-Fi is provided in the area by BTWIFI Hot Spots: rates from 25 cents per hour.

· Strictly No parties, noises, visitors are permitted in MBD Apartments without express and written authorization by the management and such breach of condition will result in the booking cancellation without any refund.
