Conditions

If arriving after hours, call the number listed on the front doors to gain entrance and be shown to your room.
Meals in the dining hall are at an additional cost and can be arranged at Reception.
Rooms must be left in the condition they are found.
University Hall is a smoke free environment, if it is found guests have been smoking in room they will be charged a deep cleaning fee.
Maintenance - If you have any problems that require maintenance, please contact reception during office hours. We will have this seen to as soon as possible.
Noise - You are responsible for the maintenance of good order and reasonable quietness in your room.
Pets - No pets may be kept in the building. This rule does not apply to the extent that it restricts the keeping of a guide or hearing dog.
Room Use - You must not perform any services in trade while in your room or use your room for commercial purposes.
Loss or damage of property - We assume no responsibility for your personal property or the personal property of your guests.
Damage to Rooms - You will be personally liable for any damages to your room incurred during your stay.
We offer affordable accommodation on the basis that our apartments and rooms are left in a reasonable condition after departing. We ask that you return any items moved within your stay to their original location. Additional or extraordinary cleaning will incur additional charges.
