Payment is due in (GBP) cash. Check in time: 14:00.Please provide the aproximate arrival time and a phone number when booking. Once you have confirmed the booking we will send you an email with details on where to collect keys etc. You will have to wait for this email to come through before heading to the property. We do not have a reception so noone will be able to help you at the property. If booking is made on same day as arrival you may have to wait up to 3 hours for the email to come through with access details. Please note we charge a refundable deposit of 20.00 GBP for the keys, refundable on the return of the keys.Check out time at 11am. If you stay longer then 11am we will charge 15.00GBP per hour maximum two hours more.Breakfast is not included.Taxes included.Cancelation Policy: 7 days advance notice. Failure to cancel before this will result in a cancellation charge equal to the entire cost of your booking.
