I had booked and paid and had confirmation of a room with two double beds. this they do not provide so i had to share the three of us in a double bed so not fun when you have your step daughter with you. They would not refund the money even though we had confirmation of the room configuration it was a mess. Its also in a bad location it looks great on the map but when you get there its a fair walk to civilization to get a cab. The transport they provide there was just rediculously priced for bali like $40 to travel by "private transport" to the other side of kuta. Really we cchecked out as the service was disgracefull and I wasnt spending another night in bed with my step daughter. They refused a refund and were out right rude about it. We got our money back when we returned to Australia. Much better hotelsaround much better service and location. Honestly just steer clear the pictures they provide do not tell the story.
