We also provide regular cleaning services in the common areas of the building.
The rooms are fully furnished modern single ensuite study rooms (private bathroom). Bedrooms come in green and orange colour schemes. The rooms come with a comfortable single bed with storage underneath, TV point, desk, internet network, mirror, lamp, chair, wardrobe, fridge and nightstand. Bed sheets, linen, and towels are not provided, but you can hire linen and towel packages for £35.
Directions from Tooting Broadway to the Residence:
Once at the station, you can take buses number 127, 333, or 57 from bus stop C, Mitcham Road/Tooting Broadway and the bus stop is Nimrod road.
You then need to walk up Nimrod road, and turn left on Spalding road (this will be the second street). The Hall will be on your left.
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
