Rembrandt Square ~ Molinos is a self catering studio offering up to 4 guests a cozy atmosphere.

Located in the city center, this studio is close to all the major tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and pubs. The main entertaining areas being Rembrandt Square and Leidsesquare are within walking distance.

Molinos holiday studio is a comfy and light studio combining the living and sleeping area. Here, there is a double bed as well as two sofa beds, a complete kitchen plus a private bathroom with a shower. As a plus, there is Internet and TV in the apartment.

The kitchen features hotplates, a fridge and microwave/oven. It's small private bathroom comes with a separate shower, toilet and sink. Bed sheets, linen, blankets and towels will be supplied.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Smoking is allowed.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.

-Early check in from 10 am - 3 pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).

-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
