I found the owner to be very friendly and on the very first day, he sat down and went over a map of Roma with the places to see and places to be wary of marked, as well as recommending restaurants nearby that provided good service for very low prices. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, the bathroom was immaculate. There were facilities provided for cooking and breakfast foods were available.
It was very close to The Vatican and Castel Sant' Angelo, however it was a long walk to other parts of town for someobody who likes walking, such as myself, however the metro train line was very close by which provides quick cheap transport to other parts of town.
A very pleasant and comfortable stay!!

Fantastic place to stay - Friedrich is very attentive, easy and fun to work with on all of your needs. Just ask him and he'll try to find way to help you out! The property is easy to locate, on a quiet street, it's clean and comfortable. Excellent location if you're going to Stadio Olimpico or the Vatican; 5-minute walk from Ottaviano Metro stop. There's even an Irish pub just a block away if you want to go out for a few drinks. We will definitely stay there again!

Owner spoke excellent English and was incredibly helpful, while the facilities were fantastic - free coffee, cable tv, internet, chocolates, continental breakfast. Just all-round brilliant service and value for money :-)

Very nice, clean flat that actually feels almost like home in an excellent location for an unbeatable price. Strongly recommended if you like this type of (B&B) accomodation.

It's a great place to stay in Rome, very close to metro station located in downtown just outside Vatican. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. For example for me he provided all the necessary info about whereabouts both on the map (free) and in the internet. Internet connection is free along with the skype service.
There're two refrigirastors, a microwave oven, toster, coffee-maker and electrical kettle in this B&B. The place is very clean with a supply of plates, cups etc.
Friedrich is really customer oriented, ready to go extra mile to meet the customers' needs, for example not only did he arrange a taxi airport meting for me upon my arival but also readily took allthe trouble to call a taxi in the middle of the night to arrange urgent pick up service for me because the airport shuittle (reserved by me a week ahead ) never arrived to take me to the airport.
I'll definetely recommend this place to anyone who's going to Rome.
